I set up my own survival minecraft server, although Im not sure If Ill keep it.  Its running on a VPS with 512MB of RAM at 64.120.201.214, if anyones interested.  Id like to find out how many people it can handle, too

Super down. I've always wanted to play on a legit survival server that wasn't on LAN. I think Dalen tried to set one up running on the other server; not sure where that went.

Like single player minecraft. Mine for resources, run from creepers. But now you mine twice as fast, and creepers kill you twice as much

The Survival server is awesome. A few of my friends and I have been playing on it, and have been making pretty neat stuff.

Notch released the update, but server needs to be updated. Hope thats not too difficult.
