What's your GPU??? It's looking like that's the only thing that's kinda lacking.

Ahh, yeah, you need an actual graphics card, then you'll have a pretty sweet rig.

San Andreas ran near flawlessly on my Eee 900. 900 MHz single core processor, Intel GM915 graphics (Ran Half Life 1 NONSOURCE on all lows at ~10 FPS). It was a piece of shit, GTA:SA ran amazing on it. Horrible benchmark

Get a Nvidia Gts 450 (Eventually). Even an 8800 gt will do well. (Just bought a used one for physx)
They're damn cheap, and should max out most games as long as you aren't playing at an insane resolution or playing crysis. Nice build, did you build it yourself?

Nope, I got it at Best Buy.  Someones gotta walk me through on how to install a graphics card, don't you need to upgrade the computers power supply?

If the PSU can handle the added watts from the GFX card, you should be fine. Otherwise, time for a new PSU as well...

Most likely you'll have to upgrade the power supply, however the gts 450 won't draw much more than ~105 watts (IIRC). It all depends on the PSU that they gave you in the machine. More likely than not its a wimpy 350 off brand unit. Look at getting an antec, corsair, or seasonic power supply. XFX makes good power supplies as well but their customer support is getting worse and worse lately. Check out newegg, they are having absolutely amazing deals lately on computer parts. If you got a high quality 450w unit, it would be more than enough, however I'd get at least a 500 watt power supply, as it doesn't hurt to have headroom and the less load you put on the power supply, in general the longer it will last. Give us a budget, and we will help you pick out some good parts.

How do I know my current PC's power supply (max watts)

I don't wanna spend more than $100 for everything, but show me options for the high quality stuff then the mid-range quality.

If its 500w, go ahead and pickup a gts 450, you should be fine. It should perform well with almost everything you throw at it, except metro 2033 and crysis.
Watch the black friday & cyber monday sales, you may be able to score an excellent deal.
