so who here is interested in playing pokemon competitively? and i don't necessarily mean tournaments, online is an option too. i know mike and i can challenge each other, but i'd honestly like to be able to rank myself against a bunch of other people and see how good i really am. because i know i'm good, i know matt and i are about equal, i know broner is a bit of a challenge occasionally, but two challengers does not a champion make.
i'll put up a challenge. i've got pokemon online, if anyone wants to host battles and such (i don't know jack shit about servers) i'll challenge all comers. two rules.
1:keep the iv's reasonable. i've been running the iv's of pokemon i actually have in-game. straight 31's is bullshit.
2:one starter, one legend, flex. team can't have more than one starter and one legend. what i'm trying with the flex clause is allowing two legends, OR two starters, OR one of each. but we'll see how that goes.
part of this is because i want to test stuff out before the masters' tourney/other tournaments at school. part of it is because i want a challenge.
oh, and smogon rules don't apply. wanna run double team? go ahead. speed boost blaziken? have fun, even though technically dream world isnt released yet. wanna whine about tiers? GTFO.

I avoid using legendaries. Its more of a challenge, but theres also more experience points to go around. Are pokemon black and white worth getting?

yeah, they're worth getting unless you're tight on cash. good story, great graphics, little disappointed with the new pokemon, but i'm a nostalgiafag so take that with a grain of salt.
